1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit and you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. You agree that there are no guarantees that your article will be accepted for publication in our directory. If published, we reserve the right to remove any article at any time and choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong.

3. By submitting your article to ArticleShine.com, you agree to allow us to publish it as follows:
a. On ArticleShine.com and any of our partner directory sites.
b. In RSS format so that other web sites may syndicate it.
c. In any real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.

4. You agree that you will not receive any financial compensation either when submitting articles, or if and when your article is published within this directory or other web sites or ezines/newsletters. You will receive full credit for your article and your resource, or bio, box will remain unchanged.

5. You agree not to include any affiliate links in body of your article. If you are promoting affiliate products, you may place your own domain name and link to it to your affiliate site.

6. We reserve the right to display advertising on pages with your article.

Publisher Terms of Service

1. You must NOT remove "Article Source: http://www.articleshine.com" from each article you choose to publish.
